ABA stands for Applied Behavior Analysis. This is a practice in which evidence-based and scientifically supported interventions are used for behavior change in order to benefit the lives of others. As practicing behavior changes agents, we will assess your current health behaviors and create an intervention to meet your healthy lifestyle goals. The process is 3-fold: 1) Assessment, 2) Intervention, 3) Feedback. This includes identifying your current health behaviors, motivators, barriers, and goals. We use data and regular feedback to make any adjustments to the interventions, always keeping our eye on your ultimate health behavior outcomes.
